Feeling and Healing Counseling
1.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one relationship between the therapist and client seeking help with their emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for the client to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards resolving their difficulties.

Couples Therapy
3.
Play Therapy
Play therapy is designed for children who may not have the verbal skills or emotional maturity to express their feelings or thoughts through traditional talk therapy. Children and pre-teens are encouraged to use play and creative expression as a way to communicate and work through problems or understand emotions.
4.
Family
Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationships within a family system. Family therapy works to identify negative patterns of communication or behavior and develop more effective ways to communicate, solve problems, and support each other.
My Approach
I focus primarily on helping children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and low self esteem. I am passionate about helping children and teens normalize the emotions they feel while also helping them learn coping strategies and alternative methods to overcoming difficulties. I strive to form connections so that each client I see recognizes they are supported, heard, and feel safe.
About me
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Texas, Virginia, and Utah. I have received thorough training in play therapy for kids and adolescents and I specialize in working with children as young as 3 years. I focus on using play and art therapy methods to help my clients process through life events.
