Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is a powerful tool for growth and healing. There are many different approaches to individual psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic therapy, among others. Each approach is designed to help a client gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. I strive to ensure that each client I see recognizes they are supported and heard. I focus on forming connections that allow my clients to feel safe and able to talk about the hard stuff.
Individual psychotherapy can help people overcome a wide range of issues like:

-
Anxiety
-
Depression
-
ADHD
-
Autism
-
Stress management
-
Self esteem/Body dysmorphia
-
Trauma

Emotion regulation

Individual therapy is one-on-one consultation for 50 minutes to discuss goals of treatment and begin to take steps towards achieving these goals. I offer individual sessions from ages 3-18 for children and teens and adult sessions for any age. I look forward to meeting you and providing a safe place to discuss, feel, and heal at your own pace.
