Therapy
Family therapy is a type of counseling that focuses on helping families improve their relationships and communication with one another. During family sessions, we will work to identify and address any issues that may be causing conflict or tension within your family. We will also work to explore family dynamics, patterns of behavior, and communication styles. We will identify and develop new ways of interacting that promote a healthier and more supportive environment for the whole family.

Family therapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues like behavioral concerns, relationship conflicts, parental issues, communication disconnections, loss, major life transitions, mental health concerns, substance abuse, and more. The goal of family therapy is to help your family members build stronger connections, improve communication, and create a harmonious family environment.

We will meet as a family unit to discuss rules for family sessions and to develop a treatment plan that meets your families unique needs and goals. All family members are invited to attend. While family therapy could be brief or extended, we will work together to achieve all the goals and expectations you have.
